I imported Romeo from the world renowned Clefell’s Kennel in Finland. Clefell’s Kennel has exported top winning dogs in the U.S., including Levi’s dad. It was my love for the Clefell’s pedigrees that led me to choose a puppy from them.

Romeo started showing at 6 months and in one of his first shows, he won Best of Breed from the puppy class, beating other adult specials. In Romeo’s first year of showing, he became the #1 German Pinscher in 2012 for the breed. I achieved this as an Owner-Handler and we beat the two top German Pinschers handled by professional handlers at the time. Romeo and I truly made a name for ourselves!

Romeo continued with limited showing in 2013, yet still became the #3 German Pinscher in breed standings. Having already achieved the #1 spot in 2012 and #3 in 2013 as an Owner-Handler, I decided to retire Romeo from showing except for special occasions.

Starting in 2015 and through 2021, Romeo was requested by some of the top breeders for stud service. You can view his progeny report below which shows all the German Pinschers he sired who have earned any AKC Titles. As you can see, he has 13 dogs in his progeny report, most with Champion and Grand Champion titles, along with a handful of performance titles. Outside of offspring with AKC titles, Romeo has made a significant contribution to the improvement of the breed with even more grandchildren, great grandchildren and beyond! I have met many owners who have told me that Romeo is related to their GP.

There continues to be an interest in using Romeo in the U.S. and across the world. Romeo has what I would consider a “super pedigree” with so many influential GP’s going back generations. I encourage you to research the dogs in Romeo’s pedigree to learn about the amazing GP’s in his lineage.

Aside from Romeo’s impressive AKC “resume” what really captures hearts is his temperament. He is what I call a “puppy for life” and wants to love everyone he meets. He loves like no other and people remember him for his kisses. I’m so excited to finally have some Romeo puppies of my own!
